ABOUT ME


I first joined a the gym to lose weight, like the majority of us ladies. Weighing a hefty 94kg and wearing size 20 clothing 4 months after my second baby I had decided it was time. I'd never done gyms before so this was a big step and I remember how it felt walking into a gym.

For the first 6 months I'd only do cardio, not only was I terrified of doing anything remotely weights but I also didn't know that women should do it too. I believed cardio was what I needed to get me to my goal, as well as feeling like I was starving all the time. Oh how wrong I was!!!!! when my gym started putting on 'Ladies Only Classes' I gave them a go, this being my first step into any weight training and I loved it.

A few months later I decided I didn't want to wait once a week for a ladies class, and I got some professional help for my training, along with my nutrition. This as you can see truly helped me shape my body, as well as my mindset and confidence and I have never looked back. 3 years later in 2015, I completing my level and started my coaching business  and in fact I now teach the ladies classes that got me started. It's great seeing so many more ladies lifting and enjoying it too.

With fire in my belly I wanted to share what I had learnt and help as many people as I can achieve their goals too.
